A diet which doesn’t necessarily support healthy gut bacteria but rather promotes bad gut bacteria. It’s the good gut bacteria that keep our digestive system healthy, which sets the foundation of health for the rest of our body.
Symptoms of food intolerances can range from bloating, wind, hay fever, fatigue, sore eyes, rashes, diarrhea, nausea and brain fog. Mentally, food intolerances can affect us also with anxiety, depression, sleep disturbances and irritability. All of this just from our food!
