Fibre Freak

Most people don’t get enough fibre in their diet and some people also have a sluggish bowel so need more fibre than the average bear. Give this one a go, it’s still tasty and has 4 high fibre ingredients in it. 

  • 1 x tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 x tablespoon LSA
  • 30g nuts preferably almonds
  • 3/4 cup raspberries or any type of berry
  • 1/2 cup preferred milk
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
